The development of our climbing training and fitness area is well underway and will complement your climbing for an even more total body workout.  Over the course of this month, we will be setting up the training area with pull up bars, rock rings, training grips, hangboards, a campus board, treadmills, exercise bikes, an elliptical machine, medicine balls, and other exercise equipment.  

The fitness area will be free to use with the purchase of a day pass or a membership.
