What do I need for the first time?
We ask that you fill out a waiver before entering our facility, either with our e-waiver from the homepage of our website or with a paper waiver at our facility before climbing. Every climber must have a waiver on file before they are able to climb. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian fill out a waiver. This waiver cannot be filled out by a relative, friend, sibling, grandparents, group leaders, or anyone else who is not the climber's parent or legal guardian.

What should I wear?
Climbing is an active sport. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Anything you would wear to workout at a standard gym would be ideal. If you are not going to be renting climbing shoes, or bringing your own climbing shoes, please wear closed toe shoes.
What do we need to rent?
In our facility we rent climbing shoes, harness and chalk. The shoes and harness are the most critical items needed to climb within our facility. Climbing shoes are special shoes designed to stick onto the climbing holds better than a typical tennis shoe would. The rubber is extremely sticky and makes for a more enjoyable and safe climbing experience as you will not be slipping off small holds. A harness allows you to utilize our auto-belay wall, which is a great place to get used to climbing a wall with the extra safety of a rope. Chalk is used to dry out climbers hands and provide a little bit more traction when holding onto the holds.
What time of day is your busiest?
Weekday evenings are our busiest times as this is when most of our members frequent the facility for a workout. Weekend afternoons can be busy depending on if a group is in the facility.
What types of climbing do you have?
We have two types of climbing at our facility. We have top rope with an auto-belay device and bouldering. An auto-belay is a mechanical device that will catch and safely descend a climber in the event of a fall. These types of climbs are slightly different styles, with both types offering both beginner and advanced climbing. All of our climbs can be climbed without a partner.
Do you offer instruction on knot tying or leading?
We do not have any knot tying instruction nor leading in our facility.
What is the best age to climb at your facility?
Our facility is designed more for adults than children and the majority of our climbers fall between 18 to 45 years of age. The minimum age that we would recommend starting climbing at our facility is 9 years old. At this age they will be able to complete some of our easiest climbs, but they will have a difficult time climbing the majority of our facility. With 200 routes in our facility, the more experienced you are, and the more frequently you climb, the more routes you will be able to complete.
What is the minimum age to climb?
The minimum age to climb within our facility is 5 years old, however we recommend climbers to be at last 9 years old. Young children usually have a difficult time climbing at our facility as our climbs are designed for adults.
Can I just drop my kids off and let them climb?
Children younger than 12 years old must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

We ask that you call us at (661)-288-1813 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before coming in with a group in order to secure a reservation time as well as to give you a price based on the number of climbers you will be bringing into the facility.
